TASTING NOTES

COLOUR

Dense and compact garnet red.

NOSE

Great intensity and persistence, with ethereal, fruity aromas of sour cherries in spirits and prunes, dried flowers and a whole range of sweet spices.

PALATE

Structure and very evident softness, offset by velvety tannins.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Barbecued red meat, braised meats and mature cheeses.
